Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the                   
Alaska State Legislature concerning Senate Bill No. 274, relating              
to probation and parole fees; relating to eligibility for a permanent          
fund dividend for persons convicted of certain offenses; and to                
notice requirements relating to appropriations from the permanent              
fund dividend fund to the office of victims' rights.
